ARAMARK Corporation’s Events & Catering at Dallas Market Center is pleased to cater to your special event and meeting needs. It is our continuing goal to provide the highest quality service at competitive prices. Detailed planning and friendly, attentive service is offered to allow you to concentrate on the purpose of your event.
Special Event and Meeting Charges
All events require a minimum catering purchase and/or a room rental charge. All charges are based on specific rooms, dates and time of day. Catering minimums do not include service charge, tax or technical charges.
Decorations and Entertainment
Our catering staff is available to arrange your floral, decorative and entertainment needs, or we will be happy to coordinate arrangements with your personal decorator. All decorations and entertainment must have prior approval.
Room Set Up
Our standard banquet service is planned for rounds of ten (10) guests. Other service options such as rounds of eight (8), themed uniforms for wait staff or increased numbers of service personnel are available for additional fees.
While on premise during your event, any changes with food and beverage, or the pre-arranged set up, start or end time of the event(s), will be subjected to additional charges that will be determined at the time of the requested change.
Engineering and Electrical Services
Where required or requested, a Dallas Market Center Engineer is charged at $25.00 per engineer/per hour with a four-hour minimum. Additional charges may apply for electrical services and/or additional power as required for each event.
Security
All events that fall outside normal operating hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.,
will require a minimum of one Dallas Market Center Protective Services Officer. Officers are scheduled one-half hour prior to each event through one-half hour after the conclusion of the event. Officers are charged at $25.00 per officer/per hour with a four-hour minimum.
Pricing, Service Charge and Tax
Prices are based on current market conditions. ARAMARK reserves the right to change prices without notice. All food and beverage charges are subject to a 21% Service Charge. All charges, except alcohol, are subject to 8.25% Sales Tax. Tax exempt organizations must request and complete a Texas Sales Tax Exemption Certificate prior to the event.
Parking
Over 2000 complimentary spaces are directly adjacent to each building. Valet parking may be arranged by our catering staff or through the vendor of your choice. All vendors must have prior approval from Dallas Market Center.
Catering Labor Charges
Small catered events with an attendance of 20 or less which require an attendant will incur an additional labor charge of $75.00.
When requested, additional attendants may be added at an additional charge. Events scheduled outside normal operating hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., may require an additional labor fee.
Guaranteed Attendance and Payment
Guaranteed attendance, not subject to reduction, is required 72 business hours prior to the event. You will be charged for the guarantee, or the actual number attending, whichever is greater. All events require an advance deposit upon booking and payment in full prior to the event.
Miscellaneous Charges
All miscellaneous charges for additional labor, technical, audio/visual, decorations, or entertainment will be quoted as necessary.
Beverages
ARAMARK is responsible for the sale and service of all alcoholic beverages on the premises as regulated by the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission. Therefore, all liquor, beer and wine consumed on the premises must be supplied by ARAMARK.
